Home Buyer Inspection
As a home buyer you want to know what you are buying. Our home inspectors provide a visual examination of the physical components and systems of the home as they appear on the day the inspection is conducted. We go over the report with you and point out the major problems that have been found as well as the locations of main water shut off, electrical panel/meter, and gas meter. The report including digital photos would be e-mailed to you and any parties to the transaction.

Home Inspection Tip Of The Month:

1) Check your Heater filter. It or they would normally be located at your wall or ceiling return vents or at the Heater unit. If the filter is dirty replace it. Then it is recommended to be replaced every 30 to 90 days depending on use.

2) Check the flame of the Heater burner, it should be blue. This can be seen through the grills of the Heater unit. If not blue or you do not feel qualified to evaluate, you can call your gas provider to come out and check it for you. They normally will do this for free and can make any recommendations needed.

3) Check air/heat flow from each room supply vent register. You can do this by putting your hand or a peice of tissue paper near the vent register and feel/look for flow. No air/heat flow and this could mean a disconnected or damaged air duct. If this is the case, contact a licensed HVAC contractor for service recommendations.
