Mold Surveys

If mold is suspected in your home and you want to know if it is mold, our certified mold inspectors can evaluate your home for you. We can inspect for moisture, moisture intrusion and mold. Sampling can identify the surface types of mold and the amount and types of mold spores in the air. If it is determined that there is mold present in the home a licensed contractor or mold remediation company can be recommended to remove the mold and damaged materials.

If you are concerned that you may be allergic to mold, we can test the air in your home. We gather an air samples outside and inside comparing the types and levels of mold. A lab analysis report would be provided to you by an independent certified lab that can be given to your doctor who is qualified to tell if you have an allergy to the types of mold spores found in your home.

What is a Mold Inspection Report?

You will be emailed a written mold inspection report with digital photos of findings in your home. If sampling is performed, you will also receive an evaluation of air quality levels and diagnoses of harmful materials in your home.

Why is Mold Inspection required?

EnviroTech Mold Inspector survey and sample any areas suspect to potential mold growth. The survey is a visual, non-intrusive examination of a building intended to identify areas suspect to moisture intrusion that may be conducive to microbial growth of molds. The intent of the survey is to identify areas that may be in need of microbial sampling necessary for proper mold control.
